Janie Santana, mother of Rudolph “Rudy” Farias, 25-year old, deceived the police at Texas by declaring that his son had been missing for eight years according to NBC News.
Santana continue to deceived police by being adamant to the case of her son missing, based on the report of Texas police.
Deceiving the authorities include Santana contacting them and giving fictitious names, birth dates and other basic personal information.
The NBC News reported that Santana declared son missing last March 2015 when his son was still 17 years old.

Faked Son Missing, Discovered
The Texas police started to question the case of Rudy, son missing of Santana, after it was announced on Sunday by the Texas center for the Missing that the alleged son missing was found freely roaming around the neighborhood.
Authorities confirmed that the son missing case for eight hours was an act made by Santana to deceive the police because the truth is Rudy had been gone only for 1 day.
Neighbours of Rudy witnessed that during the eight years reported of him being missing, he was spending time with his fellow teens in their community.
Authorities, during the press conference, said that Rudy did not undergo any abuse from his mother.
