Germany continues to boost job offers throughout the European Union through the Eures network.
His latest offer is aimed at finding truckers , a position that the United States is also demanding.
A B2 level of German is required, but financing classes are offered to achieve the applicants’ level . In exchange, those selected for the positions will work in the Leipzig area, in Saxony, in exchange for a salary ranging from 2,300 to 2,500 euros per month depending on experience and that can earn up to 500 euros more to the month in premiums.
Requirements to apply to the offer and conditions
The tasks that these truckers will have are based on a day that usually begins and ends in the Leipzig freight transport center with vehicles that are usually 12 or 15 tonnes trucks with tail lifts.
For this, it is required:
-Class C or CE driving license and driver card
-An ADR license can be an added value and it is offered to participate in the course to acquire it.
-A B2 level of German is required, but it is emphasized that classes can be financed for those who do not speak this level of German yet.
In return, the offer offers the right to vacation for 27 days / year (staggered from the second year up to a maximum of 30 days / year) and opportunities for professional and personal development in a large company.
In addition, a pension plan, Christmas bonus, employee benefits, shift benefits and bonuses are offered.
The salary is based on the collective agreement, which marks that it goes from 2,300 to 2,500 gross euros per month (plus an extra 300 euros per trailer) and premiums of up to 500 euros per month. With all this, salaries could reach up to 3,300 euros.
When filling the vacancy, a collective agreement is applied: depending on the qualification, from 2300 to 2500 euros gross (with trailer + 300 ?? (CE)), premium system max. 500 ?? / month
